- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. brandy flavoring or 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. rum (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large pkg. candied fruit
Directions

1Sift flour with sugar, cinnamon and allspice.

2Put in large bowl.

3Put soda into boiling water.

4Mix.

5Add to flour.

6Add mayonnaise, mix well.

7Add cocoa, brandy, raisins and candied fruit.

8Mix well.

9Spray 13 x 8 1/2-inch pan with Pam.

10Add mixture.

11Decorate top of cake with candied cherries, cut in half. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

12Cool.

13Cut into 2-inch squares. Each square contains 30 calories and 1 gr. fat.
