- 6 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. Grape Nuts cereal
- 3/4 c. peanuts
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. low calorie pancake syrup
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine oats, Grape Nuts and peanuts.

2Combine vegetable oil, water, salt, vanilla and syrup.

3Pour over cereal mixture.

4Mix to coat.

5Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Stir frequently.

7Cool and add raisins.

8Store in airtight containers. Makes 32 (1/4 cup) servings.
