  • 6 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. Grape Nuts cereal
  • 3/4 c. peanuts
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. low calorie pancake syrup
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine oats, Grape Nuts and peanuts.

    Combine vegetable oil, water, salt, vanilla and syrup.

    Pour over cereal mixture.

    Mix to coat.

    Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Stir frequently.

    Cool and add raisins.

    Store in airtight containers. Makes 32 (1/4 cup) servings.
