- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Blend sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan.

2Gradually add hot water.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.

4Boil and stir for 2 minutes.

5Add milk.

6Heat thoroughly. Stir occasionally.

7Do not boil.

8Remove from heat.

9Add vanilla.

10Serve hot.
