  • 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Cook vegetables until just about done and drain.

    In hot dish, mix soup, sour cream, vegetables and water chestnuts.

    Bake for 1/2 hour.

    Add cheese and bake 5 minutes more.

    Add onions and bake about 2 minutes more at 350°.

    Serve hot.
