  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. Kraft-Free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
