- 8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
- 3/4 c. skim evaporated milk
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. yolkless egg noodles
- 1 small pkg. frozen corn (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground turkey and onion.

2While this cooks, put cream cheese, evaporated milk and soup into another large saucepan.

3Stir until melted together; set aside.

4Undercook your noodles by a minute or two and drain.

5Stir all ingredients together.

6Add frozen corn if using.

7Pour in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
