- 2 cup rice soaked
- 1 cup Tender coconut water
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch powdered yeast
Directions

1Grind soaked rice by adding tender coconut water untill you get a thick batter.

2Add grated coconut and grind again.

3Mix rest of the ingredient to the batter.

4Keep it for 6-8 hrs.or you can mix it in night and use in morning.

5In a non stick bowl shaped pan pour the batter and rotate in circular motion.

6Close it with lid.cook it until the edges are brown.
