- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine all-purpose and pastry flour with baking powder and salt.

3In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and oil.

4Blend yogurt mixture into flour mixture just until the dry ingredients are moistened and it forms a dough.

5On a floured surface, pat the dough out into a circle 3/4-inch thick.

6Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the circle into eight wedges.

7Place wedges on an oiled baking sheet or a baking stone.

8Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife iserted in the center comes out clean.
