- 9 cups water
- 1/3 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 pound small round red potatoes
- 1 head garlic, separated into cloves and peeled
- 4 ears fresh yellow corn, halved
- 1/2 pound reduced-fat smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pound unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 16 minutes. Add corn and sausage; cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove vegetables, sausage, and shrimp to a serving platter; discard cooking liquid. Sprinkle vegetables, sausage, and shrimp with salt, pepper, and parsley; toss well.
