  • 2 (10 ounce) cans Healthy Request condensed tomato soup
  • 12 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 12 lb lasagna noodle
  • 1 pint fat-free cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated

    Brown beef, add onion, garlic and oregano.

    Cook until onion is done.

    Add soup, wine, and vinegar.

    Simmer 30 minutes.
