  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 large tomatoes

  • 12 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 12 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
