- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large tomatoes
- 12 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 12 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
Directions

1Wash vegetables.

2Cut yellow pepper into strips, tomatoes into 8 wedges each, and separate broccoli florets into bite-size pieces.
