  • 1lb. beef or lamb, cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lbs. green beans
  • tomato juice to cover beans
  • salt & pepper
  • Thyme
  • 1tbsp cinnamon (at least)
  • Steamed rice

    In heavy pot, sear meat in oil until browned. Add garlic and saute a couple of minutes. Add beans, then add tomato juice to cover. Add seasonings and cover. Cook over med to low hear for 1 hour, ten minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
