- 1lb. beef or lamb, cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. green beans
- tomato juice to cover beans
- salt & pepper
- Thyme
- 1tbsp cinnamon (at least)
- Steamed rice
Directions

1In heavy pot, sear meat in oil until browned. Add garlic and saute a couple of minutes. Add beans, then add tomato juice to cover. Add seasonings and cover. Cook over med to low hear for 1 hour, ten minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
