  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 unbeaten egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Melt chocolate and butter together.

    Remove from heat and add sugar, milk, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.

    Place bowl in ice and water.

    Beat with electric mixer until icing is of right consistency to spread.
