- 1 can (10-count Package, Or About 8 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, Your Favorite
- 10 slices Pepperoni
Directions

1Spray 10 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray.

2Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

3Roll or pat out each biscuit until it is approximately 3 inches in diameter.

4Place in the muffin cup so that it lines the bottom and goes up the sides evenly.

5Mix together the Italian seasoning and the tomato sauce.

6Spoon into the cups evenly using all the sauce.

7This is a little over 1 tablespoon per cup.

8Divide the cheese evenly between the muffin cups and top each one with a pepperoni slice.

9Bake for 15-20 minutes.
