  • 1 can (10-count Package, Or About 8 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, Your Favorite
  • 10 slices Pepperoni

Directions

    Spray 10 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Roll or pat out each biscuit until it is approximately 3 inches in diameter.

    Place in the muffin cup so that it lines the bottom and goes up the sides evenly.

    Mix together the Italian seasoning and the tomato sauce.

    Spoon into the cups evenly using all the sauce.

    This is a little over 1 tablespoon per cup.

    Divide the cheese evenly between the muffin cups and top each one with a pepperoni slice.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
