Luscious Cheese Cake

   Mix together cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until fluffy.

   Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth.

   Pour into buttered pie plate.

   Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

   Let set 20 minutes.

   Mix together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and spread on top of warm cake.

   Bake for 12 minutes.

   Sprinkle with nutmeg.
