- 1 can (20 fl oz/565 g) lychees in syrup, undrained
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lime Jelly Powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Directions

1Drain lychees, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

2Spoon lychees into 4 dessert glasses.

3Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.

4until completely dissolved.

5Stir in reserved syrup.

6Pour over lychees.

7Refrigerate 3 hours or until jelly is firm.
