  • 1 can (20 fl oz/565 g) lychees in syrup, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lime Jelly Powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flaked coconut

Directions

    Drain lychees, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

    Spoon lychees into 4 dessert glasses.

    Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir in reserved syrup.

    Pour over lychees.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until jelly is firm.

    Top with remaining ingredients just before serving.
