- 2 c. cooked summer squash
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- grated cheese or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; drain.

2Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.

3Combine squash, ground beef, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper.

4Pour into casserole.

5Top with grated cheese or cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 375° until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
