- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 (11 oz.) can Campbell's condensed Cheddar cheese soup/sauce
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed beef broth
- 2 soup cans water
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
Directions

1In 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, cook beef, onions and cumin until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat.

2Spoon off fat.

3Add soup; stir until smooth.

4Stir in broth, water, tomatoes and chilies.

5Heat to boiling.

6Add macaroni.
-
7Reduce heat to low.
-
8Cook 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

9Makes 6 cups or 4 servings.
