  • 1/4 c. minced green peppers
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed (7 ounce.)

Directions

    Saute/fry vegetables in butter.

    Bake at 350 degrees.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Add in cheese and lowfat milk, stir till cheese is melted.

    Stir in macaroni.

    Pour into 2 qt casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
