- 1/4 c. minced green peppers
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed (7 ounce.)
Directions

1Saute/fry vegetables in butter.

2Bake at 350 degrees.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Add in cheese and lowfat milk, stir till cheese is melted.

5Stir in macaroni.

6Pour into 2 qt casserole dish.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
