  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, i prefer smoked
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (a heavy pinch)
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, you could also use crushed croutons
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
