- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
Directions

1Sift flour with salt.

2Blend butter, cheese and egg.

3Gradually work in flour and nuts.

4Mold into roll 1 1/2-inch diameter.

5Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm.

6Slice into 1/4-inch discs. Bake on lightly floured baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes at 400°.
