- cooked ham, sausage or fried bacon
- Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Sprinkle diced ham, sausage or crumbled bacon and cubed Velveeta in pie shell.

2Beat eggs in bowl; beat in remaining ingredients.

3Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

4Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce oven temperature to 300°.

6Bake about 30 minutes longer or until quiche tests done.

7Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
