- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. chopped Macadamia nuts or chopped, toasted almonds
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1For crust, in a bowl, stir together the flour and brown sugar. Cut in 1/2 cup margarine or butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2Pat mixture into an ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.

3Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
