- 1 can red salmon
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- salmon liquid plus milk to make 1 c.
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Drain canned salmon, saving liquid.

2Remove bones and make white sauce by blending butter or margarine over low heat with flour and liquid.

3Add egg, salmon and seasonings.

4Butter 2 slices of bread and cube.

5Put salmon in a greased pan; add cubed bread and bake 1 hour at 350°.
