  • 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 cup Ap flour
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 lemons zested & juiced
  • 1 cup ap flour
  • 1 tsp lemon extract

    preheat oven to 350F

    start by chopping your macadamia nuts into small pieces

    add your 1 cup of flour and your softened butter and lemon extract and nuts together till you form a cookie dough

    line a 9x13 baking dish with foil and add your dough pressing down evenly smooth bake in preheated oven for 20 min let cool

    mix your eggs, lemon extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice together beat till smooth and add your 1cup of flour slowly till all combined.

    now add to your cool crust bake @ 350F for 30-35 min let cool for 2-3 hours to set.

    I put into fridge for that time.

    dust with powder sugar to taste.
