- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery or pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked elbow macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Lightly brown beef in Wesson oil in skillet.

2Add onion and celery (or pepper) and brown.

3Remove excess fat.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cover and let simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Top with cheese before serving.
