- 1 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Cook macaroni until tender, about 20 minutes.

2In 2-quart casserole bowl, break eggs and beat lightly.

3Cut up both cheeses in chunks, add margarine.

4Add cooked macaroni.

5Add evaporated milk while stirring until all ingredients are covered.

6Add paprika to garnish top and bake at 375° until brown on edges and top (about 35 minutes).
