- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Make a cream sauce of the oleo, flour, salt and milk.

2Add cheese; stir until melted.

3Cook until thick.

4Cook macaroni until nearly done; drain and put in a baking dish.

5Pour cream sauce over macaroni; sprinkle cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
