Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
  • 1 cup chopped imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 14 cup rice vinegar
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni until tender.

    Drain, and return macaroni to pot.

    Stir in lettuce, scallions, pimientos, crab, peas and carrots, sesame seeds, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.

    Toss to mix well.
