- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 9 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 jar or can luncheon meat or 3 to 4 hot dogs
Directions

1Simmer onion in butter until soft.

2Stir in flour, salt and celery salt.

3Gradually add milk and liquid from peas (1/2 cup). Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Combine sauce, peas and macaroni in casserole.

4Put thinly sliced meat on top; bake 1/2 hour.
