- 1 egg
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions

1Mix egg, sugar, salt and pepper together. Add flour and mustard.

2Keep it a nice smooth paste.

3Add melted butter, milk, water and lastly vinegar.

4Cook over low heat until as thick as cream. Do not boil.

5Keep in refrigerator.
