  • 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 regular size small curd cottage cheese (1 lb.)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cups (10 oz.) shredded extra sharp cheese

Directions

    Boil macaroni in salted water. Drain. Mix together all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour or until sides of dish show macaroni is browning. Serve hot.
