Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz. tiny ring macaroni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (medium size can)
  • 1/2 pt. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. fruit cocktail with juice
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (colored if desired)

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain and set aside.

    Cook egg, sugar, flour, salt and juice from can of crushed pineapple until thick.

    Pour over macaroni and refrigerate overnight.
