  • 1 pound minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 packet macaroni
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • cheddar cheese grated
  • clove garlic
  • 2 tomatoes

    Boil the macaroni until soft.

    Brown the mince, onion and

    Grease a large casserole dish and put in a layer of macaroni then a layer of mince, repeat until 1/2 an inch from top of casserole dish.

    Pour the tin of soup evenly over the layers.

    Sprinkle the grated cheese over the soup.

    Slice the tomatoes and lay on top of cheese.

    Cover and cook in oven (gas mark 5) for 3/4 of an hour.
