Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 1/2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. green sweet peas, cooked (optional)
- 1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

2Mix well.

3Add elbow macaroni, celery, tomatoes, onions, pepper and peas.

4Toss to coat well.

5Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
