  • 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 1/2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. green sweet peas, cooked (optional)
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Add elbow macaroni, celery, tomatoes, onions, pepper and peas.

    Toss to coat well.

    Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
