- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. diced or 2 small cans cocktail shrimp, tuna or ham
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
Directions

1Combine meat or fish, celery, French dressing, seasoning and onion in a bowl.

2Chill 30 minutes.

3Mix in the chilled macaroni; add 1/4 cup green pepper.

4Moisten with mayonnaise, yogurt or additional dressing to taste.
