- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until macaroni is slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and seasonings and bring to a boil.

2Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
