Macaroni Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. shell macaroni
  • 1/2 c. radishes, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, grained
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
  • 3/4 c. Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook macaroni and vegetables according to directions.

    Cool. Mix in small bowl the Ranch dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Mix radishes and onions with macaroni and vegetables. Cover with dressing and mix well.

    Top with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.

    Cover; let marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
