- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced

1Melt the butter in a pan.

2Add the sole filets, side by side, and let cook for 5 minutes.

3Turn the filets, sprinkle the pepper and mace, and cook for another 5 minutes.

4Add the juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
