Ingredients
- 1 can mackeral
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pickle relish
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. minced onions
- 1 1/2 c. white sauce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 6 stuffed olives, sliced
Directions

1Flake mackeral; add crumbs, milk, relish, eggs, salt and melted margarine.

2Mix well.

3Pack into a loaf pan.

4Set in shallow pan of hot water and bake in moderate 350° oven about 30 minutes or until loaf becomes firm.

5Turn out.

6Add onions to white sauce and pour over loaf.

7Arrange egg slices on top with olive slices on each egg.
