- 1 can mackeral
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. pickle relish
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1Drain the mackeral, flake and place in a bowl.

2Add the bread crumbs, milk, pickle relish, eggs, salt, margarine and onion and mix well.

3Pack in a well-greased loaf pan and place bacon on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, then slice.
