Macrobiotic Ginger Brown Rice

- 400 ml Brown rice
- 510 ml Water
- 50 grams Ginger (julienne)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Green onion
- 1 Myoga ginger
Directions

1Rinse the brown rice to remove any dirt from the surface.

2Julienne the ginger.

3Place washed brown rice, water and ginger in a pressure cooker.

4Add soy sauce and salt.

5Turn on the heat.
-
6Once the pressure cooker has pressurized, cook under pressure for 20 minutes.

7Cooking time: 20 minutes.

8Turn off the heat, lower the pressure (leave until the pressure drops) and open the lid.

9Add the white sesame seeds and let sit and steam for 5 minutes.

10Top it with green onion and myoga ginger if desired.
