- 2 Kurumabu (wheel-shaped fu, dried wheat gluten)
- 1 tbsp Ginger, garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 200 ml Dashi stock
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Green onions for garnish
Directions

1Grate the garlic and the ginger.

2Mix it together with the soy sauce and the dashi stock.

3Now marinate the kurumabu with the mixture made in Step 1.

4Be sure to marinate it thoroughly.

5Next coat the kurumabu with katakuriko.

6Pour some oil into a frying pan, and cook untll it's browned.

7Put it on a plate, sprinkle some onions on top, and it's done.
