- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Madras curry powder
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Add coconut oil and a few kernels to a large stock pot. Cover and heat over moderate heat until kernels begin to pop, then add remaining kernels, cover, and continue to cook, shaking pot occasionally. Continue to cook over medium heat until popping stops.

2Mix together lime zest, brown sugar, curry powder, coconut and salt in a small bowl. Toss with popcorn to combine.
