Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 2/3 c. (28 oz. jar) mincemeat
- 2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Butter a 9-inch Bundt pan.

2Line with waxed paper.

3Butter again.

4Sift together flour and baking soda.

5Set aside.

6Combine eggs, milk, mincemeat, fruits and nuts; mix well.

7Fold in dry ingredients.

8Turn into pan.

9Bake at 300° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

10(Check center with toothpick for doneness.)

11Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

12Turn out, remove paper and cool.
