- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put ingredients in bowl; beat with spoon until slightly bubbly.

2Batter will be lumpy.

3Fill well-greased metal or Pyrex custard cups or muffin tins (Teflon without greasing) about 2/3 full.

4Place in cold oven; set oven at 425°.

5Do not peek for 1/2 hour.

6Makes 4 huge popovers in large Pyrex custard cups or about 12 small ones.
