- 3c. soy
- 1.5c. sherry
- 1.c. plum sauce
- .5c sweet Asian chilli sauce
- 1.5c. cider vinegar
- 1c. honey
- 14-15# chix wings
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic, and jalapenos in sesame oil, until lightly browned, add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes, and cool. Dis joint wings and pour cooled sauce over and mix around, refrigerate over night.Oil 4 Large Shallow pans, drain wings and bake uncovered at 375 degrees, for 1 to 1.5 hours basting every 20 minutes
