  • 12 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4c. dark sesame oil
  • 2 seeded and diced jalapeno
  • 3c. soy
  • 1.5c. sherry
  • 1.c. plum sauce
  • .5c sweet Asian chilli sauce
  • 1.5c. cider vinegar
  • 1c. honey
  • 14-15# chix wings

    Saute onions, garlic, and jalapenos in sesame oil, until lightly browned, add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes, and cool. Dis joint wings and pour cooled sauce over and mix around, refrigerate over night.Oil 4 Large Shallow pans, drain wings and bake uncovered at 375 degrees, for 1 to 1.5 hours basting every 20 minutes
