Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. Boston butt or fresh ham
- 1 large onion
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put meat in roaster.

2Mix onion, sugar, mustard, pepper, vinegar, water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

3Pour over meat.

4Cover.

5Cook in a 325° oven for 5 to 6 hours until meat is very tender (falls off the bone).

6Let meat and drippings become cold.

7Remove all fat.

8Chop meat and reheat in sauce.

9May be frozen.
