- 1 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper.

2Cook in melted butter, stirring until set, but still moist.

3Cool.

4When cool, stir in sour cream.

5Spread into a 7 x 12-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish.

6Top with bacon and cheese.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes.
