- 10 to 12 potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. onion flakes or 1 small chopped onion
- salt to taste
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes.

2Drain and mash.

3Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion and salt.

4Beat until fluffy.

5Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan or several smaller ones.

6Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika (optional).

7Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour; no need to defrost.
